Fliki uses state-of-the-art Text to Image engine to provide you with an image by just describing it with text.

Click on the thumbnail, select the “AI Art” tab and describe the image you want in detail.

Note: We would suggest not describing humans or animals, as the model is not good at generating living objects.

What is your refund policy?

We let everyone try all our features and keep using our product for free for as long as they want with no obligation to upgrade.

Unfortunately, once you have subscribed to the paid plans we can not issue a refund as this might lead to potential misuse and abuse of our services.

We have seen many cases of service abuse in the past where customers would generate a lot of content for their one-off needs and cancel the plan, leaving us with a huge bill to foot. We incur costs from Google and Microsoft for every generation and hence need to have certain policies in place so we can sustain ourselves.

Can I add/ upload my own audio files?

Yes, this was a major requirement be it adding intro/ outro music to your podcast or adding an entire existing recorded podcast episode. You can upload your own mp3,m4a files in between scripts by clicking on the options icon (3 dots) on the right of the section /paragraph and choose “Upload file” from the listed options.

Can I embed the audio generated in my blog?

Absolutely, we believe user retention increases when given the option to consume your article in audio format. Once you are happy with the audio output you can easily find the script in the folder view. Click on the options (3 dots) icon shown on the right side and select “Embed”. This will give you an iFrame code, copy this code and paste it to the part of the website you want it to be shown.

Can I embed the podcast episode on my website?

Absolutely, we already provide a public page for your podcast, but if you still want to showcase it on your own website, we do provide that option. Go to the podcast episode listing view. Click on the options (3 dots) icon show on the right side and select “Embed”. This will give you an iFrame code, copy this code and paste it the part of the blog you want it to be shown.

We do not force any limits on the usage of our Embedded player, but below are the FUP limits for different plans

  • Free user - 1GB/ month

  • Basic user - 5GB/ month

  • Standard user - 15GB/ month

  • Premium user - 60GB/ month

If you need to exceed the FUP limits please contact support to create a custom plan.

Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks are the advanced methods of training machines to learn from hundreds of hours of real human voices and generate voice models.

These models are then fine-tuned to produce the results you see on Fliki.

AppSumo LTD Questions

How to redeem my Appsumo code?

Copy the Redemption Code from the AppSumo dashboard and follow the Redemption URL.

This will bring you to Fliki, create an account if you haven’t already.

After logging in head over to credits in the accounts section and click on “Redeem Code” button at the bottom of the screen.

Enter your code and you’ll be upgraded to 3hrs or 180mins per month limit if you have redeemed the Fliki or 90 mins per month if you have redeemed Fliki - Text to Speech.

Can I change my email address?

Currently, we do not support this directly using the accounts section, but please do reach out to us at support@fliki.ai to get it changed.

If I ever cancel my Premium plan, do I go back to Appsumo plan?

If you ever downgrade from the premium plan you’ll be switched back to AppSumo plan.

Can I stack codes?

Currently, we do not support stacking codes, simply cause we believe most users will be satisfied with the 90 mins/month or 180 mins/month limit, with which you can easily convert over 15+ long-form blogs or 8+ podcast episodes. And we wanted to keep the deal at an economical price as it opens the opportunity for many creators.

Why do you not offer unlimited character conversions?

Fliki uses state-of-the-art Text-to-Speech engines built by Google, Azure, Amazon and soon IBM. We are charged by these providers for every character converted. So it’s simply not feasible to provide unlimited conversions.

Yes, we are aware of certain solutions that offer unlimited conversions, but we’re here for the long run. We intend to build Fliki to the next level with a solid set of features.

How can I get extra credits?

Fliki is a newcomer in the market, we need your help to put us on the map. In exchange for your valuable reviews/shares on certain sites we award certain credits, you can head over to the rewards section under the accounts tab to find out more.
