Is Fliki free to use?
Yes, Fliki comes with a free plan that offers 3 credits every month. If you are looking to generate more content, you can upgrade to our subscription plans.
How to log in to Fliki?
Please head to app.fliki.ai to log in with an existing account on Fliki or sign up to create a new Fliki account.
How to log out of Fliki?
To log out of Fliki, navigate to the accounts page and click on the "Logout" option located at the bottom of the left panel. Upon clicking, a confirmation dialog box will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to logout?" Confirm by selecting "Logout" to successfully log out of your account.
When will the free credits be available again?
The free credits will reset automatically every month based on the plan cycle, which is usually the registration date for the free plan. Once renewed, you can create videos for free again.
What is the maximum count of scenes in one file?
It depends on your plan: Free and Basic plans support up to 50 scenes per file, Standard supports up to 100, and Premium supports up to 150.
Who owns the content?
Publishing rights are owned by the user of the content, Fliki does not own any content. Please note that the media provided in Fliki is either licensed or royalty-free, giving the user of any paid plan commercial rights.
Will I retain the commercial license for my videos after my paid subscription ends?
Yes, you will retain the commercial license for all videos created during your paid subscription period. You have full ownership and rights to continue using and distributing those videos for commercial purposes without any limitations.
What are AI or neural network-based voices?
Artificial Intelligence and neural networks are the advanced methods of training machines to learn from hundreds of hours of real human voices and generate voice models.
These models are then fine-tuned to produce the results you see on Fliki.
How to track my usage or view my credits?
We calculate the usage based on the text that has been converted to audio and exported video. You can see your quota/usage under Account → Credits.
What are credits?
Fliki credits serve as the primary unit of measurement for various actions within the platform.
Credits are updated based on your billing cycle, which begins one month after the date you sign up. The monthly quota resets every month, and credits cannot be carried over or accumulated to the next month’s quota.
Fliki offers 3 credits per month under the free plan when you create an account.

Why am I still being asked to upgrade or can’t access certain features/models even after purchasing top-up credits?
Top-up credits only cover usage - they do not unlock plan-based features or limits.
If your subscription has expired and your account is now on the free plan, you can still use your purchased credits. However, your usage will be restricted to the free plan’s capabilities, which may include:
Limited access to certain models
Lower export or generation limits
Restrictions on video length or advanced features
This is why you may see upgrade prompts or be unable to create certain types of videos, even though you have credits available.
To access premium models, higher limits, and better video capabilities, you’ll need to have an active paid subscription. Once you subscribe again, your existing credits will work with those expanded features and limits.
Do I need a subscription to purchase top-up credits?
Yes. Top-up credits can only be purchased while you have an active paid subscription.
Can I use my top-up credits after my subscription expires?
Yes, but with an important distinction: Once purchased, your credits remain in your account and can still be used even if your subscription expires. However, your account will revert to the free plan, and all usage will be subject to free plan limits and feature restrictions.
Why do credits not unlock full access?
Credits and subscriptions serve two different roles:
Credits determine how much content you can generate
Your plan (Free, Standard, Premium, etc.) determines what kind of content you can generate and the limits applied
This separation ensures flexibility (via credits) while maintaining structured feature access across plans.
Will I lose my top-up credits if I don’t renew my subscription?
No. Your credits remain safe in your account and are independent of your subscription status. You can continue to use them within the limits of your current plan until they expire.
How long are top-up credits valid?
Top-up credits are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase, regardless of whether your subscription is active or expired.
When should I purchase top-up credits?
Top-up credits are best suited for situations where:
You have an active subscription and have exhausted your included credits
You want to continue creating without waiting for your billing cycle to reset
Why is my IP blocked?
This may happen if you try to sign up using a disposable/temporary email. Using such email to signup is against the policy. You can try using Google or Apple login. Also, please share your IP address to support@fliki.ai so we can enable it. To check your IP address please head over to this link.
How to change my password?
There are 2 ways to go about doing this:
Head to the profile page and select the option to “Change Password.”
Ensure you’re logged out and go to the sign-in page, select “Continue with Email” and enter your email address. Select forgot password option and follow the process to reset your password.

How to translate the Fliki interface into my language?
You can use Google Chrome's built-in translate feature to translate the interface into your desired language. Right-click on the page and select "Translate to [your language]." Google Chrome will automatically translate the entire page, including the interface, into your native language.

Please note that media provided in Fliki is either licensed, AI-generated or royalty-free, giving the user of any paid plan commercial rights.
However, we require you to add your YouTube channel ID to the profile of your account because we have partnered with premium stock media providers that need this information to whitelist you. This ensures that you won't receive copyright strikes when using the premium content available through our platform.
For an even simpler and more seamless experience, you can enable YouTube licensed music during video creation. When selected, Fliki automatically applies music that is pre-cleared for YouTube use - no additional setup required.
What is YouTube licensed music?
YouTube licensed music is a feature that lets you use music that’s specifically selected for seamless use on YouTube.
When you enable the YouTube Licensed Music checkbox in Advanced Settings, Fliki automatically picks background tracks from a library of fully licensed, copyright-protected music.
This removes the need for manual setup and provides the most streamlined way to add music to your videos.
How to resolve a copyright issue on YouTube?
If you’re a paid user and receive a copyright claim on your video:
Make sure your YouTube channel ID is added correctly in your Fliki profile.
If it’s already added, then we recommend you to dispute the copyright claim by following the process given on this page.
To avoid such situations altogether, we recommend enabling YouTube licensed music under Advanced Settings during video creation. This ensures your background music is selected from a set of tracks designed specifically for smooth YouTube publishing.
What is the maximum number of YouTube channel IDs I can add in the profile section on Fliki?
You can add up to 5 YouTube channel IDs in the profile section on Fliki.
How do I save changes to my files on Fliki?
All changes made on Fliki are automatically saved. There is no need to manually save your edits, as Fliki's autosave feature takes care of this for you.
Does Fliki have a mobile app?
Fliki is currently a web-based application and does not have a dedicated mobile app. You can access Fliki through your web browser on any device, including smartphones and tablets, by visiting the Fliki website. It is optimized for use on various devices, providing flexibility and accessibility to anyone who uses Fliki.
What to do when the voiceover is not working?
If the audio is not working, please follow the steps provided to troubleshoot it:
1. Check if you have exhausted your credits on the Account page.
2. Replay the scene where the audio is not playing.
3. Re-edit the scene by adding a space in the voiceover layer and playing it again.

How to clear browser’s cache and cookies?
Here’s how to clear your Chrome browser’s cache and cookies:
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More (three vertical dots) and then select Delete browsing data.
Set the time range to All time.
Make sure to tick the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Delete data.
This will remove your cookies and cached files, helping to resolve loading issues or improve your browser's performance.

Is there a size limit for files I upload into Fliki?
Yes, there is a size limit of 250 MB for image, video and audio files you upload into Fliki. Additionally, there is a 100 MB limit for PowerPoint (PPT) files uploaded in the Magic Create → PPT.
Does Fliki supports third-party integration with other apps?
Fliki supports direct publishing to platforms like YouTube, TikTok, etc. from the editor. For deeper integrations, API access is included in the Premium plan, and customized API solutions are available for enterprises.
How many devices can be logged in to a Fliki account at the same time?
A Fliki account can be logged in on up to three devices at the same time.
How to get API access?
API access is available on the Premium plan; it lets you integrate Fliki video generation into your own applications. Enterprises can also request tailored API solutions with custom credits and bulk pricing via the enterprise form.

What's new in the Fliki editor?
The editor has been rebuilt from the ground up. Highlights include a professional multitrack Timeline mode, a context bar with quick controls for whatever you select, direct on-canvas editing (click, drag, and resize elements in the preview), a revamped Copilot that can build and edit your file for you, real-time collaboration, in-editor screen/camera/ microphone recording, and much faster previews with live thumbnails and waveforms.
How do I switch between Basic view and Timeline view?
Use the Basic view / Timeline view toggle at the right end of the controls bar below the preview. Basic view shows your scenes as a filmstrip of numbered cards; Timeline view lays out every layer as a clip on a track. Your choice is remembered on your device.
What can I do in Timeline view?
Click a clip to select its layer, drag it to change when it plays within the scene, and drag its edges to trim it. Drag a clip past the end of a scene to extend the scene. Click the hatched band between scenes to edit the transition. Use zoom in/ out and Fit to navigate, and double-click a clip to open its tool panel.
What is the context bar?
A floating ribbon that appears above the preview when you select a layer. It shows the most useful controls for that layer type - fonts and colors for text, fit/crop/volume for media, lip-sync for avatars - plus quick actions like Apply to all scenes , Duplicate , and Delete .
What is the Common scene?
A special scene that spans your entire video. Anything placed on it - background music, a logo, a watermark - appears across all scenes. You'll find it at the top of the editor.
What layer types does the editor support?
Media (video/image/GIF), Text, Shape, Subtitle, Voiceover, Avatar, Audio, Visualization (audio waveform bars), and Overlay effects. Each scene supports one voiceover and one avatar; everything else is unlimited within your plan.
How do I select multiple layers at once?
Hold Shift or Ctrl/Cmd and click layers in the preview or Timeline, or simply drag on an empty area to draw a selection box (marquee) around several layers or clips at once — in the Timeline this works even across scenes. Shared settings (color, opacity, animation, and more) then apply to the whole selection in one step — and undo in one step, too.
What keyboard shortcuts does the editor have?
Ctrl/Cmd + Z (undo), Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Z or Ctrl/Cmd + Y (redo), Ctrl/Cmd + C / V (copy/paste layer), Delete/Backspace (delete layer), Escape (deselect), Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + 1 (toggle left panel), and Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + 2 (toggle customization panel).
How does a layer's timing work?
Every layer has its own timing within the scene: Scene time controls when it appears and disappears, Trim picks which part of the source file plays, Speed retimes playback, and Loop repeats short clips. Adjust these in the Timeline by dragging, or numerically from the context bar.
Can I record my screen or webcam inside Fliki?
Yes, open the Record tool in the tool rail to capture your screen, camera, or microphone. Recordings drop straight into the selected scene as layers.
Can several people edit the same file?
Yes. Collaborator avatars appear in the navigation bar when others have the file open, and edits sync in real time. Use ⋮ → Share to invite people.
How do I remove the background from an image or video?
Select the media layer and choose Remove background from its options. It works on both images and videos.
How do I add animated waveform bars to my video?
Add a Visualization layer - animated bars that react to your audio in real time. Customize their size, color, and alignment. Great for podcast clips.
Can I extend a scene beyond its voiceover length?
Yes. Select Custom duration from the scene's ⋮ menu, or simply drag any layer past the scene's end in the Timeline - the scene grows automatically.
Copilot
What is Fliki Copilot?
Copilot is an AI assistant built into the editor. Describe what you want in plain language — "make the title bigger", "add upbeat music", "create a 5-scene video about our product" — and Copilot edits your file directly: scenes, layers, scripts, media, voiceovers, avatars, and settings.
How do I open Copilot?
Click Copilot in the tool rail on the left side of the editor, type your request, and press Enter.
What exactly can Copilot do?
It can inspect your file; add, edit, reorder, and remove scenes and layers; restyle text and design; search and place stock media; generate AI images, video clips, and music; write scripts and generate voiceovers with synced captions; and kick off avatar lip-sync generation. It also understands your current selection — "make this bigger" just works.
What is a Copilot plan and why do I need to approve it?
For bigger requests, Copilot first posts a plan card summarizing what it intends to do. Nothing happens until you click Approve - click Reject (or just send a new message) to change direction. This keeps you in control of large edits.
Can I show Copilot a reference image?
Yes, paste or attach up to 5 images per message (25 MB each). Copilot reads their palette, typography, composition, and mood, and uses that to style your edits or guide AI media generation.
What are @-mentions in Copilot?
Type @ in the composer to reference something specific: @Media from your library, @Voice to pick a voice, or @Avatar to pick a character. Copilot will use exactly what you selected.
Does Copilot use my credits?
Yes. Each message consumes credits based on the model's actual work, plus any media Copilot generates or saves for you. Every response shows a per-operation cost breakdown. Voiceover, avatar, and AI video generations started by Copilot are charged the same as when you run them manually.
How many Copilot messages do I get?
Free accounts get a limited number of Copilot messages per file each month. Paid plans remove the monthly cap (fairuse hourly and daily limits apply).
Can I choose which AI model Copilot uses?
Yes, use the model selector in the composer. The default model is fast and reliable for everyday edits; a premium, maximum-quality model is available on paid plans.
Can I undo what Copilot did?
Always. Each Copilot edit is applied as a single undo step - press Ctrl/Cmd + Z once to revert it entirely.
How do I stop Copilot mid-response?
Click the Stop button (the send button turns into it while Copilot is working).

How can I set the duration of a scene?
By default, a scene lasts as long as its voiceover. To override it, click the scene card in script tab, open its ⋮ menu, and select Custom duration , then enter the length in seconds. You can also drag any layer past the scene's end in Timeline view - the scene extends automatically.
How to add background music?
Open the Layers tool in the left sidebar, switch the dropdown at the top to Common scene , click the + icon, and choose Background music . Then, with the layer selected, click Replace in the toolbar above the preview to search stock music, upload your own, or generate an AI track. Music on the Common scene plays across the entire video.
How to add transition sound effect?
In Basic view, hover the gap between two scene cards and click the Transition & sound button that appears (in Timeline view, click the transition band between two scenes). Choose the transition type, easing, and duration, then pick a sound effect - Bell, Boom, Click, Pop, or Whoosh and preview it right in the flyout.
How to change the background color of scenes?
Open Settings from the tool rail (bottom of the left toolbar) and pick a color from the background color picker. This applies file-wide; individual scenes can be covered with a full-bleed shape or media layer for per-scene backgrounds.
How to reduce the volume of background music in Fliki?
Select the background audio layer on the Common scene , then drag the volume slider in the context bar above the preview (or in the right-side customization panel). Background music defaults to 20% volume.
How to move scenes up or down in the Fliki app?

How to change the format in which subtitles are displayed?

How to upload pictures or videos to use in my video project?

What is the purpose of Fliki workflows?
Workflows help you create videos from scripts, ideas, blogs, and product URLs (Amazon and Airbnb) in a few clicks.
How to limit the number of scenes it generates?
Keep your script under your plan's scene limit - each line break creates a new scene if you select line break mode for scene breakdown. You can also merge or remove scenes after generation.
Why don't I have access to the 1000+ voices included in the standard plan?
Voices are spread across 80+ languages and dialects. Change the language and dialect filters in the voice picker to reveal more voices.
Why does my project look like a slideshow of still images? How can I get animated video clips instead?
During customization, the AI Video percentage slider controls how many still images are converted to animated clips (0% = slideshow, 100% = all animated).
How to fix if your video is already generated as a slideshow of still images?
Ask Copilot to "turn the still images into AI video clips," or select an image layer and choose Generate AI video - Fliki animates the image into a short video clip. (Requires a paid plan and credits.)
How to change color of subtitle text?
Select the subtitle layer in the preview - the context bar shows the text color and highlight color pickers directly. Click Apply to all scenes to make it file-wide.
How to adjust the line spacing or the space between two lines of text?
Select the text layer and open the paragraph controls in the context bar — the new editor has a built-in line height control, plus letter spacing under typography.
How to add/ upload more images or videos to a scene?
Open the Layers tool, pick the scene from the dropdown, click + , and choose Image / video — then pick from Stock , upload to your Library , or Generate an AI visual. Each scene can hold multiple media layers, and you can time each one independently in the Timeline.
How to change the position of the subtitles displayed?
Select the subtitles in the preview and simply drag them where you want - captions are freely positionable in the new editor. You can also scale them, and apply the position to all scenes.
How to sync subtitles with the AI voiceover?
Subtitles are generated word-for-word from your voiceover and stay in sync automatically. If something looks off, regenerate the voiceover (make a small script edit) or switch the display mode.
How to remove the AI voiceover?
Select the voiceover layer and press Delete , or drag its volume slider to zero to mute it.
How to remove subtitles from the video?
Open the Subtitles tool from the tool rail and switch the toggle off, then click Apply to all scenes to remove them everywhere.
How can I resolve the issue of being limited to 15-minute videos after subscribing to premium plan which promises video export of upto 40 minutes?
The Idea to Video workflow generates videos up to 15 minutes on all paid plans. Premium users can create longer videos; up to 40 minutes - by adding more scenes manually in the editor or asking Copilot to extend the video.
How to 'Allow support access' in Fliki?
Go to your Profile page, scroll down, and click Allow support access . Access is temporary (5 days).
Why do AI-generated visuals (images) in videos become blurry?
The NSFW filter automatically blurs images it flags. Adjust your image prompt to avoid triggering the filter.
How to change the speed of the voiceover or narrator?
Select the voiceover layer and use the Speed control in the context bar above the preview.
How to lip-sync avatars with voiceover?
Select the avatar layer and click Generate in the context bar (make sure the scene's voiceover is generated first). To do every scene at once, use Generate all avatar videos from the settings menu — or just ask Copilot.
How to make the links in the video clickable?
MP4/MOV video doesn't support interactive elements. Add a visual call-to-action as a text layer instead ("Visit our website", "Subscribe now").
How to add sound effects?
Open the Layers tool, pick the scene from the dropdown, click + , and choose Audio — then search the stock library, upload your own, or generate one with AI. Use the Timeline to place the effect at the exact moment you want.
How to remove Fliki watermark in the videos created?
Fliki adds a watermark to free plan exports. Upgrade to any paid plan, then click Download → Start export to render a watermark-free copy.
How will I know when the video is exported?
You'll receive an email with the download link once the export is ready. It also appears in the editor's download panel.
How to download or save the video with the latest changes?
To download the video with all the latest updates and changes you've made, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Download" button as you normally would.
2. Once the download options appear, click the "Export Again" button.
It'll instruct the system to update and export the video with the most recent changes. This way, you'll ensure that the downloaded video reflects all the modifications you made.
How can I download a video without the subtitles?
Turn subtitles off (Subtitles tool → toggle off → Apply to all scenes), then export again.
How to resolve the 'failed to create playback' issue?
Usually network-related - clear your browser cache and cookies, then retry on a stable connection.
How do I fix the issue where the audio isn't playing in my video after uploading it?
Select the voiceover layer in the preview and check the volume control in the context bar - make sure it isn't muted or set to zero.
How many credits does Auto-pick feature charge?
Auto-pick doesn't deduct any credits.
How to correct the pronunciation of words or voice?
Open the ⋮ menu in the navigation bar and select Pronunciation . Enter the word and its replacement pronunciation, click the tick, and hit done — it applies across the whole file.
Why does the video download fail? How can it be fixed?
Retry the export from the Download panel. If it persists, duplicate the file and re-export, or contact support@fliki.ai.
How to translate the video into another language?
Open the ⋮ menu in the navigation bar and select Translate , then choose the target language and dialect. Fliki generates a new version with translated script, voiceover, and subtitles.
What should I do if the subtitles are not showing correctly?
Remove intonation adjustments, switch the subtitle display mode to Full , regenerate the voiceover with a small script edit, and make sure the selected font supports your language.
Why is the AI Avatar feature not working on my browser?
The avatar feature relies on formats not supported in Safari or Internet Explorer. Use Google Chrome for full support.
How to make my custom avatar transparent?
Custom avatars don't support transparency; choose stock avatars that come with transparent backgrounds.
How to change the frame rate of the video?
The frame rate is fixed: Fliki generates full HD (1080p) video at 30 FPS.
Can I put two videos or images side by side in one scene?
Yes, add multiple media layers to the scene, then drag and resize each one on the canvas. Use the Fit and Crop controls to frame each clip, and the Timeline to control when each appears.
How do I make a clip appear partway through a scene?
Switch to Timeline mode and drag the clip to the moment you want, or set its Scene time in/out values from the context bar. This is perfect for B-roll that overlays your narration.
How do I trim an uploaded video to use only part of it?
Select the media layer and open Timing in the toolbar above the preview to set the trim, or drag the clip's edges in Timeline view. Only the trimmed window will play.

What format can I download the audio file in?
Fliki currently supports audio files that can be downloaded in mp3 format.
Can I have multiple different voices in one file?
Yes, you can have multiple different voices in one file you can even choose voices of different languages in a single file to support the conversational type of audio format.
Do I have commercial rights to use the audio?
Yes, with Fliki’s subscription plans, you get commercial rights to the content created on the platform.
How to change the voice in Fliki?
To change or select a voice, you would need to follow these steps:
Click on the desired scene to expand.
Click on the voice name(default: Sara) in the voiceover layer in the required scene. This brings up a voice selection popup.
You can click on the speaker icon 🔉 to play sample audio from the voice.
To select the voice for a scene, click on the desired voice. Scroll down and check "Apply to all scenes" if you wish to use the same voice in all the scenes. Hit 'Select' at the bottom of the popup.
How to change the speed of the voice?
You can change the speed of the voice by clicking on the desired scene to expand. Next, click on the voiceover layer. Finally, In the right customization panel, you will get the slider to adjust the voiceover speed. Please note that the customization settings are scene-specific. If you want to apply the same settings to all the scenes, then you need to click "Apply to all scenes" at the bottom of the customization panel.
How to use my recorded audio file instead of AI generated voice?
Here's how to quickly turn your recorded audio file into a video with both B-roll and background music:
Go to Fliki dashboard.
Select 'Edit' workflow under the video section.
Upload your MP3 file by dragging in the drop zone, hit next.
Set customization options and hit submit.
Fliki will automatically sync the audio with the preferred media and generate scenes for your video.
How to add voice style or emotion to a voice?
To add voice style or emotion to the AI voice, follow these steps:
Click on any scene, then select the voice name(default: Sara) from the voiceover layer. This brings up a voice selection popup.
You can click on the speaker icon 🔉 to play sample audio from the voice.

To convey various emotions, you can choose a voice style from the dropdown menu located at the top.
Scroll down and check "Apply this voice to all the voiceovers" if you wish to use the same voice in all the scenes.
Hit 'Select' at the bottom of the popup.
Please note that not all voices support changing voice styles. Only the voices that have a ⚡️ icon next to them indicate that they support different voice styles.
How to upload a recorded audio in Fliki?
You can upload a recorded audio file in the following way:
Click on "Add layer" on the scene/section and select "audio.”
An audio layer will be added to the scene. Click on "Choose file".
In the dialog box, you would need to go to 'my library'; then click "choose file" to upload audio from the local device
After it gets uploaded, you must select the audio to use in the scene.
Make sure your file is in MP3 format and less than 250 MB.
How to add pause?
To adjust the gap between scenes, click on the settings in the top panel. You can set the pause duration (in seconds) and hit save.
To add a pause between words, highlight the text and click the Pause option, setting the time inside the popup. Note that not all voices support pauses, so this option may not be available for some.
Where is voice cloning located in the Fliki app?
The voice cloning option is located on the Account page. You can also visit this URL to access the voice cloning feature in the Fliki App. You can click on 'clone voice,’ enter the voice name and gender, and record a consent script and a sample script for about 2 minutes without any background noise. It should be in the tone you would like the voice to sound.
Note: To use the voice cloning feature, you need the Premium plan.

How can I make my cloned voice private again?
If you've previously made your cloned voice public and now wish to make it private, you can easily do so by following these steps:
Go to the Voice Cloning page.
Locate the cloned voice you want to make private and click the "Modify" button next to the cloned voice.
Uncheck the "Make Public" option in the modification settings.
Once you've unchecked the "Make Public" option, click the "Submit" button to save your changes.
That's it! Your cloned voice will now be set to private and no longer available to other Fliki users.
Can I upload an audio file as a sample for voice cloning?
No, Fliki doesn’t support uploading recorded files for voice cloning due to privacy and ethical concerns. Allowing uploads could lead to misuse of personal data and potential violation of individuals' rights, as we prioritize the protection of voices and identities.
Instead, we encourage the use of our live recording feature in the Fliki interface. This requires you to record a consent script along with a sample script for about 2 minutes. This approach ensures responsible usage of our AI voice cloning technology and helps maintain ethical standards in the creation of synthetic voices.

When using the "Idea to Video" feature, the duration slider (e.g., selecting 15 minutes) sets the maximum possible length for the video - not a guaranteed length. The actual duration is determined by the amount and depth of content in your idea. If your idea can be effectively conveyed in a shorter time, the system will prioritize quality and relevance over simply filling time.
Before the video is generated, Fliki shows you a script preview along with an estimated content duration based on average reading speed. This gives you a clear idea of how long the video is likely to be. If you want the video to be longer, you can edit the script - adding more details, expanding on key points to better match your selected duration.
This approach helps ensure your final video is both engaging and appropriately paced, without unnecessary filler.

Which currency do you accept for payment?
Fliki accepts payments in USD currency via all major debit and credit cards. Fliki also accepts GPay, Apple Pay, and local payment wallets in supported countries.
What should I do if I've run out of credits or if my credit limit gets exhausted? How can I buy more credits?
Fliki doesn't provide the option to purchase additional credits. However, you can renew your subscription early once you've used more than 90% of your credits. This will refill your credits immediately. You’ll find the 'Renew plan' option in your Account section. A few things to keep in mind:
Renewing early resets your billing cycle – Your new renewal date will be the date you renew. So, if your original renewal was on the 14th, but you renew on the 9th, your next renewal will now be on the 9th moving forward.
We recommend waiting until you’ve fully used your credits – Any remaining credits will not carry over when you renew early, so it’s best to use them all before renewing.
Do you offer a discount for nonprofits and educational institutes?

Is there still a weekend discount on credit usage?
In the past, Fliki offered a promotion called ‘Double Value Weekends‘ that reduced generation credit costs to half during select weekend hours, allowing users to create double the content with the same credit balance.
Since then, we've significantly optimized our models and generation infrastructure to improve credit efficiency across the platform. Rather than providing lower credit costs only during limited promotional periods, we focused on delivering better value consistently for all users.
As a result, the weekend discount promotion has been discontinued and there’s no additional 50% reduction applied on weekends.
Can I have a team account in Fliki?
Yes, Fliki supports team plans to ensure you can manage your team subscriptions from one account and easily add members to your team.
Each team member would be assigned a new subscription and charged accordingly, and all the team credits would be shared across the team members.
Please note that Fliki does not support team collaboration yet, which is something we plan to add in the near future.
Will I incur charges for adding additional team members, and why?
Yes, you will be charged for adding additional team members. Each added team member contributes to the overall resources and benefits available to the team, including access to credits.
For instance, let's say your subscription plan is Standard, priced at $28 per month, and you decide to add two more team members. The monthly subscription charge would then be calculated as follows: $28 (Standard plan cost) + $28 (additional member) + $28 (additional member) = $84.
Moreover, with each new team member, the total available credits increase. For example, if your subscription plan includes three members and grants a total of 180 credits per member, the collective credit pool for the team would be 180 * 3 = 540 credits. This means all members have access to this shared pool of credits, allowing for increased usage and benefits across the team.

What is your refund policy?
We let everyone try all our features and keep using our product for free for as long as they want with no obligation to upgrade.
Unfortunately, once you have subscribed to the paid plans we can not issue a refund as this might lead to potential misuse and abuse of our services.
We have seen many cases of service abuse in the past where customers would generate a lot of content for their one-off needs and cancel the plan, leaving us with a huge bill to foot. We incur costs from AI services for every generation and hence need to have certain policies in place so we can sustain ourselves.
How to cancel my subscription auto-renewal?
You can cancel your subscription auto-renewal by heading to Account and selecting the "Manage subscription" option. Upon cancellation, you will not receive a refund for the fees already paid for your current subscription period, and you will be able to access the service until the end of the current subscription period.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes, once you've exhausted 90% of your credits, you can renew your subscription to obtain additional credits. Simply navigate to the accounts section, then select 'Renew Plan' to make payment and renew your subscription.
How to stop Fliki from charging my card?
After subscribing, any user can cancel the auto-renewal by heading to Account -> Manage Billing -> Cancel Plan. If on the account page, it shows a free plan and you are unable to see the manage billing option, but you believe the payment processor is still trying to charge you, please reach out to support@fliki.ai. The Fliki support team will help you resolve the issue.
How can I remove the credit card associated with my account?
You can manage and remove your payment method by heading to Account and selecting the "Manage subscription" option. If you cannot access this option, please email support@fliki.ai; our team will gladly help.
