Three things decide the result, and none of them is the tool. Contrast between the subject and the background — a dark jacket against a dark wall is hard for every remover on the market, including this one, so reshoot against something plainer if you can. Sharp focus on the subject edge — motion blur and shallow depth of field blur the boundary the remover is looking for, and a slightly stopped-down, well-lit shot cuts out far better than a moody one. Resolution — more pixels along the edge means a cleaner separation, especially through hair and fur, so upload the largest version you have rather than a resized copy. If a cut-out comes back rough it is almost always one of those three, and refining the edge is faster than trying a different tool.
